GREGORY BAKER SVP, OPS & SUPPORT
Gregory has 25 plus years of experience developing project management offices (PMOs) and leading global consulting/professional services organizations in the software and call center industry. Gregory has held executive positions and provided operational leadership at a diverse portfolio of corporations including First Union Bank, Witness Systems, New Beginning Therapeutic Services, Knowlagent and Recordant.
Greg has spent the last several years of his career involved in early incubator and startup initiatives for several successful software ventures as well as held leadership positions in Public Safety and Law Enforcement.
Greg has master’s certificates from George Washington University in Global Business Management and IT Project Management.
As SVP of Operations and Support, Greg provides leadership and direction in the many operational aspects of Lazlo’s strategic business goals.
Greg is responsible for back-office operational policies and procedures, IT strategy and initiatives, the project office, customer support and maintaining Lazlo’s status as a center of operational excellence.
As a charter member of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s 4 Wheel Drive Posse & Reserve in Florida, Greg has been a first responder and active in search and rescue (SAR) since 1974. After retiring in North Georgia, Greg organized and administered the Pickens County Sheriff’s SAR Team for two years. As Director of Operational Excellence at the Sheriff’s office Greg was responsible for the Office of Professional Standards as well as started and administered the first two annual Sheriff’s JeepFests as a benefit fundraiser for the Georgia Sheriff’s Youth Homes. Greg was the founder and program director for Jeeps4SAR.
Greg is a Georgia Master Gardner and enjoys Jeeps, vintage FJ40s, gardening, raising cattle and hogs, custom blades and honing his bushcraft skills. He is currently in the process of designing and building his first tiny house.
